EXCELLENT CONDITION Award-winning Kokeshi Doll "Mushin" by Masao Watanabe w/box
This Mushin kokeshi doll was made by a Yajiro style artist Masao Watanabe, who won a Japanese prime minister award in 1963 and 1971.
After winning these prizes, his works were evaluated and became more expensive.
Today it is very hard to get his work in good condition for this affordable price even in Japan.
This "Mushin" kokeshi means Buddhism idea "Empty Mind" in Japanese.
