Award-winning Artist Sanpei Yamanaka is famous for his original cute face kokeshis.
Not like the traditional style or Just too cute anime-ish face.
You can't find the word "Hagurenbo" in the Japanese dictionaries.
it is made up by this artist Sanpei.
I guess it is like the concept of Ama-enbo, who likes to act like an adorable baby.
Hagur-enbo means someone who often gets lost.
