Sadly I couldn’t identify the artist of this kokeshi, but you can see her adorable face.
Tottori-sakyu is called "Tottori Sand Dunes" in English.
It is the only place to enjoy this landscape in Japan.
This kokeshi was made and sold as a souvenir of this popular sightseeing place.
