Boxwood Vintage Netsuke and wooden Inro
This Netsuke was made of boxwood which is famous for its beauty and toughness.
Although the netsuke itself is valuable, the inro is also very rare.
Because as you can see in the pictures, it was carved very meticulously.
Furthermore, they were said to be made in the Meiji period, around the late 1890s.
Although there is the artist's autograph, Sadly I could not read and identify who made this.
I am so sure that this Netsuke and Inro will be your best choice if you like wooden carved netsuke.
